I-390 South to NY 17, then NY 17 East to Painted Post
US 15 South through Williamsport, PA to Harrisburg, PA
I-83 South through York, PA toward Baltimore, MD
MD 136 East until it ends at US 1 near Darlington
US 1 North to the last right turn before the Conowingo Dam
Right on Shuresville Road to a left on Silver Road to the camp.
There are a couple of shortcuts /alternates, particularly near Williamsport, Harrisburg, and the stretch from York to Darlington
