Richard, sorry you have this problem. I agree with Wolfhound, it's important to have loads of fresh air in the room and also a cold temp. You may snore when asleep and have slight sleep apnoeia, which means a poor night's sleep. Tons of air helps with this. I never have trouble sleeping, but I have every window possible wide open. The room gets freezing but I have a thick goose down duvet. Your better sleep in the caravan would suggest you need the cooler temp and more air. Good Luck and sweet dreams!
