Texas and South Carolina included? HA! I think some of their state constitutions make rationality a misdemeanor.

We have this concept of "State's Rights" which a number of states take to mean "We don't have to follow the Federal govt. unless it suits us!"

Imagine Suffolk and Staffordshire and Cornwall...etc., all claiming the right to ignore Parliament when it suits them.
