Could we possibly re-jig the times to 3.30pm-5.30pm (preferably) or 3pm-5pm on the Saturday, whichever works best for your programming? That way we won't miss too much of the afternoon concerts, hopefully!

We would make sure we were cleared up in time for your next programmed event in that lovely room.
