Thread Name: Jingles you remember.
Subject: RE: Jingles you remember.
Somebody posted the words to the old Shredded Ralston jingle, and I've just about driven myself insane trying to find an original recording (and haven't). Does anybody know of somewhere I could find it? I have reason to believe, from my research that it was performed by the Ranch Boys Trio (compromised of Joe "Curley" Bradley, Jack Ross and Ken "Shorty" Carson). As a side note, Curley played "Pecos" in the Tom Mix radio programs. Shorty was later a member of the Sons of the Pioneers, then the Garry Moore show (which is also terrible hard to find footage of)-- and who knows whatever happened to Jack. ;) I know he did some records of his own, but I haven't researched his career. The Ranch Boys Trio were also featured earlier in the "Pinto Pete and his Ranch Hands" radio show (which can be found at archive.org).......

*laugh* pardon my rambling. The point is, I'm looking for a recording of the Shredded Ralston jingle.
