Bert - I admire your ideals - but you can't possibly believe that this movement has ANY chance of being successful. Do you have a concept of what you are proposing? Thousands of government agencies and businesses would all have to agree to your proposal. Talk about tilting at windmills. Why not put your energy into something that has a chance of success?
