Well just this morning I rec'd a message from Levon's neighbour in Woodstock & good pal Happy Traum who gave me the sad news of Levon's acute illness..and sent me a link to Levon singing this song. Happy Traum wrote the song a long time ago & recorded it with his brother Artie.
I remember Happy's mother's house in Woodstock painted blue, and down the road there was another house painted pink.
