It kind of crumbles and melts in your mouth. I tried it once after seeing the recipe on ReBootYourLife, or the Forks Over Knives recipe site. I used kale everyday in my juice extraction. Best green drink I've ever had: kale, celery, cukes, lemon, green apples, ginger..very tasty! Before this I had never had kale in my life.:-)
