Subject: RE: BS: For Spaw - New Theory on Ancient Global
So the 7,000,000,000 people currently living on our little planet would each need to produce 148 pounds of methane annually to equal the output calculated by the professor for the dinosaurs?

Of course allowing for the 108 tons per year produced by our cattle (according to the report) about 100 pounds per person (per year) would suffice.

Although estimates for the production of methane from "natural sources" such as volcanos, wildfires, dead fish in the streams, et. al. is considered "uncertain" the commonly used numbers say that these sources produce about 4 times as much as the cattle, so we're significantly "over budget" even if no person on the planet ever farts again.

Obviously we have no further need of Spaw, since your elderly maiden aunt Tillie's last (very discrete) "prp" should be sufficient to cause our complete and total extinction - about next week(?).
