If you still have problems, make a post to the help forum. There is a link to this at the top of the page.

Where a problem involves registration/cookies,there are things that only Max, Pene and Joe Offer can do and they have a lot of experience on these issues so if things do turn out to be more complicated than just re-setting a cookie, you will be getting the best help first time round.
