It seems to me that when I was a kid, (back in the late 50's & early '60's), my father used to play an old recording of this song by singer Morton Downey and it contained some additional words that I'm haven't spotted in the on-line lyrics I've glanced through so far. Those (as yet un-spotted) lyrics went something to the effect of " ... poor Culligan was in the chair when he threw it through the wall ... ". I distinctly remember laughing about those words in that song, but as I say, I haven't spotted them yet in the few sets of lyrics that I've glanced through. Doug F. df421@telus.net
