Corruption is rampant. Perhaps it has always been. But the years I have shared on this earth have help me to become cynical. I find almost all things hard to take at face value. Especially things involving governments; national, regional or local. More especially things involving law enforcement. Far more injustice takes place in halls of "justice" than we would like to admit.

Regarding this story, I have not heard of it before this thread. But, as I said, I take little at face value.
