Secretariat was argably the greatest racehorse ever but he did poorly at stud comparatively. Now Seattle Slew was a real bum's horse.....my kinda' horse.   He hated to train and did it in bad temper but he loved to race. He loved the crowds and he loved the attention, just hated training! Then there was Slew at stud.......a real machine! Even just before his death with illness and a debillitating hoof disease, he had to be moved far away from the scent of the mares........Gotta' admit, that's, uh, well......that's a horny fuckin' horse!!!

The only horse picture I have in my house is a beautiful pencil drawing of Slew. The artist captured the look of the true wag and when I saw it, I had to have it!
