At least they are offering part-time work. Better than Walmart jobs.
SEIU is at least fighting for better jobs than they can afford to give.
The U.S. could put people to work right now if there were the popular and political will to make it happen. Crumbling infrastructure could use a WPA.
The Unions are getting a bad rap because they have been eviscerated by congress, corporations and corrupt government officials.
Roosevelt pulled the country out of a hole, mainly thanks to Eleanor who pushed Franklyn into doing something.
The Unions have traditionally defended the rights of working people but have been corrupted by sell-out politicians. If you destroy Unions, kiss the economic rights of Americans good bye
