Yes, it works, or at least I works for me.

I was skeptical but also bothered by leg cramps. Got the hint from
some natural healing site or other and figured, "what the hell!" and tried it.

Now I do not sleep without a small (hotel size) bar of soap under the fitted sheet, and have not been bothered with leg cramps in years.

Can't tell why, but in the words of that famous folk singing group, The Monkees, "I'm a believer!"

Try it and let us all know after about a week.
