Neato. I have no idea why that would work, and I doubt anyone else does either, but if it does...that's enough for me. I don't have to know why.

Another thing that works rather well is to take magnesium supplements, and I do. The stuff I take is called Magnesium Citramate, 3 caps a day, and taking it daily definitely cures the leg cramps. However, it costs a lot more than merely putting a bar of soap under the sheet.

So I think I'll give the old bar of soap a try too and see how it goes.
