In the other leg cramp thread we've talked about the bars of soap. My sister suggested that - she gets the cramps too - and she's an ER nurse. But I've also started drinking a glass of tonic water daily and that seems to help { also suggested by my sister }. Then on NPR someone suggested a big spoonful of yellow mustard while you're having the cramps to make them go away. That seems to help too.
