I get cramps on the inside of my legs from the crotch to the knee, ankle cramps that wrap around the front of the ankle and foot, and my hands have started cramping. I wouldn't min the last so much if it left one finger in the air and I could say, "Sorry, hand cramp" but it sometimes makes holding a pen or a fork difficult.

So far it hasn't affected my banjo playing any.
