"I get cramps on the inside of my legs from the crotch to the knee".

Yeah - those are the worst. What I've found is that if I can apply some pressure to the ends of the muscle when it's cramping that it will eventually go away. I press down hard with my thumbs on the very ends of the muscles.It's kind of embarrassing in public though to have your hand buried in your crotch while you're moaning in pain....
