The Journeymen recorded this song back in the 60s, and that's the version I am familiar with. I see a few things that need to be corrected in the lyrics you have above. In the second line it should be "moonlight" not "moonlights". And that recurring line at the end of each stanza should be "'ole Babe", not "oh babe". In the last stanza add the word "Goin'" before the line "back to Arksansas". The very last line is the first line repeated with the word "pretty" kind of trailing off into a long note. So don't repeat the whole stanza, just kind of let the word "pretty" fade out.
