Korg tuner & clip that plugs into it

These clips on a cord have a piezo-electric chip connected to an alligator clip. Someone gave me one a few years ago, purchased at a music store.

I know that there are now many VERY small tuners out there, but the couple I have tried are not as satisfactory (to me) as my older Korg.
