Maybe we should have stuck this up sooner sine we have now finished and going our separate ways, that is Ron is off on a lecture tour and Martin and I plus spouses are now having a holiday in the pacific North west. It's very hard to get gigs anywhere so we took a punt and went anyway. It was, no, I won't say it. Seattle was a ball, for brits, the fringe was excellent for singing and it was nice for the organisers to try and find us a slot but hey we didn't need it. Vancouver Folk Song Society were brilliant and in particular Allison who kicked a few butts to reach out of their comfort zone to host an evening with us and graced by the presence of Jon and Rika( they know who they are) and more importantly the good people of the VFFS who came together to give us a very memorable evening.
