Q, does BIG PHARM have workers who are not covered by some sort of health care? Probably not, because they too know the stats between healthy workers and days lost to the job with sicknesses. Given that, why wouldn't a larger corporation (a country for example) see it the same way? It's great that BIG PHARM has supported inexpensive drugs and treatment for poor people. I applaud them. So, I didn't read Pfizer's annual report; I simply took your word for it.
