I heard back from the bookseller and he said the book had been sold some time ago and he didn't know why it was still listed on Abebooks, so no help there.

My second copy, which has the song, has no mention of Oak Publications, just the distributed by Music Sales Corporation I mentioned above.

My original copy has no ISBN at all, which is fairly logical since ISBN's were by no means universally used in 1971.
