Sandy, I received this e-mail last week... Do you know anything about it? I wrote back but have heard squat. Here is what I received.

"We are pleased to announce that with your support by signing the petition, Support a Memorial for the Bluebird Café fire victims of Sept. 1, 1972, we have won our battle. This year for the 40th anniversary of this tragic event, and to commemorate this sad date in the history of Quebec, a monument including the names of the 37 victims will be erected in Philipp's Square, and an exposition will be taking place at City Hall for 2 weeks.

You are invited to join us on August 31 and September 1, 2012 at Philipp's Square, Montreal.
