I was looking at cabinets at the building supply store last fall, debating if I could get some kind of a cool air device to build in and plug in to act like a root cellar. It doesn't need to refrigerate and it doesn't need to move air fast, it just needs to keep it cool, around 40 - 45. I suppose this kind of cooler in the bottom of a cabinet could do that. Put it in and leave the lid off. Or simply put the lid in the cabinet and let it keep it cool. I found a battery operated cooler but the fan was so noisy that I took it back - Coleman. I suppose this is the time of year to start that search. Get a cabinet that something like this would fit into. Perfect!
