Amos, it has to do with my upbringing. Being someone with a graduate degree and, well, lemme see, about 48 years experience in looking it up, it is psychologically impossible not to "set the record straight." This is not due to any grandstanding on my part, but simply my lone, lorn quest to eliminate ignorance and superstition and bring people into the light of Truth and Knowledge. Yes, it's a lonely and often dangerous job, but someone has to do it and Mom selected me for the task because she knew that I would do it without fear or favor, but with sympathy, empathy and élan.
