Do you think they would honour the commitments specified above & pass up the opportunity to establish who had voted for who?
They can go on about all these statutory safeguards, seal-ups, destructtion after 12 months, need for High Court order before a seal can be broken in the interim, till they are blue in the face. But the fact remains that
