A congressional majority of Republicans and Romney as president will throw out the health care legislation. Unfortunately, very possible.

Any "victory" will be temporary unless Obama and a Democrat Congress are elected. The Court ruling only stated (by one vote) that the tax in the Obama legislation is permissible.

Insurance is part of the American system, "gravy train" or not. We all have (or should have) insurance against liability and on our property. The alternative is to fund health insurance with taxes. This was seen as impossible by Obama.
