The turn this thread has taken reminds me of a story.
An elderly Jewish man had made a trip daily to the Wailing Wall for over fifty years. A CNN reporter interviewed him. The interviewer said, "Mr Jacobson, have you come here each day for over fifty years?" Mr Jacobson, now in his 80s replied, "Yes I have." She then said, "And what do you pray for?" He replied, "I pray for peace. I pray for Israel. I pray for my neighbours. I pray for Palestinians." The reporter said, "And how does that make you feel?" Mr Jacobson answered, "It makes me feel like I'm talking to a fucking wall."
