For those who do not see the importance of today's decision....

This law (which *I* refuse to call 'Obamacare')... this Affordable Health Care law was what we could GET 2 years ago. It is far from perfect, but it helps many people.
If it had been struck down or gutted, what we were faced with was starting over...with a Congress with too many Republicans in it - dedicated to either the old status quo or to a system tailored entirely to insurance companies and to Conservative disdain for the needs of those who were finding ANY health care hard to find!

What we have now is breathing room..... we can improve this as people begin to see how it IS really better than what we had for so many years. The Republicans may indeed try to revise, rescind or attack it, but they will have to have a VERY clever answer to those who they hurt in the process.

It's a step....and in today's polarized society, it's like getting your boot out of the mud and taking one BIG step toward the dry land.
