OK, we have a constitutional law. Good law? Remains to be seen. I worry that the greater part does not kick in until 2014.

I feel that we are all drifting down a lazy river on rafts, enjoying the trip on a pleasant summer afternoon. Suddenly somebody points out the beautiful rainbows ahead. We drift closer and closer to the beauty, until somebody notices the waterfall causing the rainbows and it is too late to do anything about it.

OK, I am a pessimist. It does come from Washington after all!
