Wrong!....it was a choice between two things, finances going to actually educating the students, or finances going to teachers who don't get good results, but are retained, due to tenure and paid benefits.
Simple as that....Don's assumptive remark was to avoid answering the question...he didn't even have to respond...and really hasn't yet answered ANYTHING....pretty hot stuff, for a know-it-all!...with NO ANSWERS!
