Here is the problem as I see it with all attempts to get a just system in place. Right now the biggest problem reported by the states is the folks that have no insurance cannot nor should be denied treatment. Since many many are illegal, any mandate will not affect that portion of the population and taxpayer burden will remain. However, it is a start but still needs some thought, me I will take an imperfect law that can be refined then none. Many portions are very good, companies should not hold that preexisting condition thing .. or drop you after one bad illness.
