Here's another point that the TeaPubs won't talk about... Almost all of the people who elect not to participate are in that income range where they receive low income tax credits... In other words, tax money we all pay that brings their incomes up closer to the poverty threshold... It's not money that these folks paid into the IRS thru withholding... So, in almost every case, these folks won't actually pay anything out... They will just lose a little of the $$$ that others paid in...

So here's the *****TRUTH*****...

      (Horrors!!!)

1. The penalty will effect about 1% of the population...

2. Of that 1%... 99% of those penalized won't pay a dime of their own $$$ for the penalty...

3. So, as opposed to the TeaP{un assertion that there will be a "war" the IRS is going to wage on the American people, we are talking about about .001% of the population...
