pdq I am sorry but that is a non-issue. In 10 years some southern "red" states will be swing states because the Tea Party base is Older and almost all white. In 10 years the core of their support, too feeble to get driver's licenses will be disenfranchised by voter laws recently passed by tea publican legislatures.
