What the NC GOP is doing could hardly be considered wise. We probably don't want to much development on the Outer Banks if the sea level will rise that much that fast. But there is bugger all we can do to prevent it.

I certainly don't want to be in the same insurance pool with a new home on on Ocracoke Island.
