I met Carol many years ago at Swinton Folk Club and can honestly say that the first time I heard her sing, I was hooked. She had the most beautiful tone to her voice, and I still get goosebumps when I think of her singing "Calum More".

My thoughts are with Steve and family as I can sadly say, that I do know how they are feeling.

God Bless Carol, you will sing in heaven and the angels will stop and listen to your beautiful voice.
