China plays a lot of those games and plays them well. But I know of examples in Canada and the UK where similar deals have been struck.

But there are also unfair trade practices. The Obama Administration has stepped up trade actions. They have lowered the relative value of the dollar. Most importantly they have focused attention on the issues. Companies are bringing jobs back to America for the positive PR.
