Why would "common sense" need to be repeated 30 times unless it is political dogma?

Because not everyone reads all the previous announcements before they read the one they are currently reading.

That is the reason they put warnings and ingredients on all the packages of food and medicine in a grocery store. It is not "political dogma" it is making sure that the figures are understood properly.

Political dogma is saying 'job creators' every time cancelling a tax break on the wealthy is mentioned even though there is absolutely no assurance from these "job creators" that the extra cash has been or will be used to "create jobs."
