Obama could close Gitmo today. He's the president. He issues orders saying he can disappear you and kill you, so he can close Guantanamo.

Another Obama lie was the one about him never signing the National Defense Authorization Act, which makes Americans subject to the same rules of "warfare" which have led to the detention of those poor slobs at Guantanamo.
