I look at it like this:-

Federer conveniently overlooked the rule that said - all Swiss people should carry a cuckoo clock, at all times. So Federer's sly underhand tactic of not observing this rule never really gave the Scotch bloke a chance.

We need less biased judges with not such a literal and narrow interpretation of the rules.

Federer than what exactly. His name makes no sense, this alone should mean instant disqualification.

Also, a foreigner - Federer's wife probably doesn't shave under her arms. And that is not the sort of thing we should be encouraging.
