fresh seven grain bread just coming out of the oven! okay - it's actually more, because it's a mix of whole wheat,rye,and buckwheat flours with oatmeal and corn meal, pepitos, sunflower seeds, poppy seed, celery seed, cumin seed, coriander seed, cardomon seed, sesame seeds (two kinds) and just a touch of dill and fennel.
