Wall Street controls foreign policy too, don't they?

The Empire goes where the money (the oil) is...or in Afghanistan's case, where it can be pipelined through on its way to the Empire's oil tankers.

China and Russia watch with alarm, because they need that oil too. Specially China. Their degree of alarm rises every time the Empire attempts to cause regime change in another targeted nation, the latest ones being Syria and Iran. There will come a point when the Russians and Chinese say "No more." We may be very close to that point now.
