"A good article" eh? I clicked you link and all I saw was an opinion piece by George W. Bush speech writer David Frum. He was the guy who gave us the phrase "axis of evil" and wrote most of President Bush's early lies that got us into the Iraq war.

Not the first place I would go looking for unbiased analysis.
