Consider: No one has every seen Chinga and Penelope Rutledge together. Chinga has made a LOT of money from her enforced profession so why shouldn't she use some of it to live the life of a baroness or squireen or whatever Penelope is as a way to relax and help restore the self-respect her loving "brother" took from her? She could be using her position and influence in British society to have MI5 or MI6 or one of the MI's have her "brother" whacked. A simple call on her "brother" by a prospective "client," her "brother" bends over to pick something off the the floor, a Welrod, muffled "PFFT!"....

I for one would like these questions answered!
