Thanks for the inside word, Stallion. You are right, we'll just have to go it alone. First thing will have to be a meeting of interested parties. I think we'll be able to get the historic boats to come. I don't really think though it's a good idea like last year to just have it based in the pubs. I'd like to see it back as a public event as much outdoors as possible. I'd even like to see it back to its old date in September but that would not be fair on Goole who have now taken the vacated slot.
