We hear so many horrible stories of customer service and product failure, that I thought I should share this good one.

I bought a second-hand BOSE radio with 3-CD changer. The base unit worked fine. But the changer did not. I called BOSE, and first off, the call taker--yes, a HUMAN who spoke intelligible English--and he told me that they would pay shipping both ways, and repair the unit with a one year guarantee on the repair.

Not only do these things sound awesome, but they back them up perfectly. I do not anticipate any trouble with the process. (If things don't go so smoothly, I will report back.) But I recommend these to lovers of high quality sound with a small footprint.
