The fact is, **most** people who actively seek pot/cannibus do so for recreational use, not medical use. Another fact is- it DOES often impair judgement and affect social behavior.... not in the same dangerous ways alcohol does, but it still has effects on behavior. AS to health, I can't say.

All THAT being said, it may well be the lesser of two evils problems to de-criminalize it and allow certain 'legal' sales, monitored & taxed, to cut into the illegal smuggling trade.
