Also do the adrenal thing I mailed you about, it all relates, and CRY when you need to, it will actually reduce or stop the pain while you are doing it.Tear off a rant in my direction anytime too, PM or e-mail, and lean a little anywhere it feels safe. Oh and watch out for loud, high music-- owwww!!!! Try bathing it in slow, warm, deep-toned music along with the coffee cup. Experiment to find the frequency of sound that helps.
Experiment also with light in the room-- and colors-- and touch-- and smell-- all sensory inputs are wacko when there is nerve pain. Trust your instincts, and be a bother if necessary to get things arranged so they work for YOU.
